How To Install A Signature Pad
Signature Pads are a handy PC peripheral used to capture signatures. They have a LCD screen that can be used similar to a pen and paper.
Installation Instructions:
- Close Workspace
- Install USB driver
- Open Powershell as administrator
- powershell.exe -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File 'C:\Program Files\Amazon Web Services, Inc\Amazon WorkSpaces\pcoipusb\install-pcoip-usb-driver.ps1'
- Alternate: Reinstall Workspace, install for all users, tick USB redirection
- Open and Log in to Workspace
- Install sigplus.exe, specify port HSB (Not default COM9)
- Install sigweb.exe, specify port HSB (Not default COM9)
- Hover your mouse at the top of the screen
- Click the USB Redirection Settings Button

- Change the "Topaz HID Tablet" option to "Use on my remote WorkSpace" then click Save

- Test desktop signing using DemoOCX32.exe
- Open DemoOCX32.exe
- Click Start
- Scribble on signature pad
- Verify DemoOCX32.exe receives signature
- Test browser signing Topaz demo website (DOES NOT WORK IN WORKSPACE, BUT OK OUTSIDE OF WORKSPACE??)
- Go to https://www.sigplusweb.com/sigwebtablet_demo.html
- Click Sign
- Scribble on signature pad
